I was initially concerned when the original owners of Storage Solutions announced they were selling the business, but since the transition I’ve noticed major improvements in the website, billing, and overall customer service. Prices are lower, online billing is streamlined, and I can now pay for both of my units with just one tap. I did have some issues transferring both units under the same account, but Raquel went above and beyond to advocate for me and ensure that my needs were met and the issue was resolved.
